CUT X NEAT

Cut X Neat are a group of neat coolants that fall between our top-of-the-line active straight cutting oils and inactive varieties of coolants. These are blends of medium viscosity, low pour, and high flash base oils with suitable EP additives which have been accepted as general purpose neat coolants by many engineering workshops. These are used in situations where metal removal involves high tool temperatures and therefore the coolant requirements include better thermal conductivity. Cut X Neat offer satisfactory performance over a wide range of machine tool speeds and depths of cuts and have proved to be excellent general-purpose straight cutting oils.
